Colourpop Super Shock Highlighter

Hi everyone! This post is going to be a review on Colourpop’s Super Shock Highlighter in the shade Lunch Money.

Description on Colourpop’s website:

“This long-wearing creme powder cheek formula is the BFF of our famous Super Shock Shadows; it shares the same unique texture that is extremely buildable and blends smoothly to leave the cheeks looking healthy.”

For those who are not familiar with the unique texture Colourpop is referring to; i’d describe it as creamy. Lunch Money is not overwhelming by any means. It gives off a sheen more than a glittery sparkle if that makes sense. It’s easily applied with your finger. Colourpop suggests using your finger or a flat foundation brush but what i’ve found is that your finger honestly works best.

As you can see in the swatch on my arm, Lunch Money is like a champagne gold and is pretty sheer when first applied to the skin. That being said, its definitely buildable!!

  1. That’s such a pretty colour on your skin. Flexitarian is much paler, a lot less gold and definitely different enough for it to be worth you getting. I’m sorry I’ve not put a swatch together for you as yet – I’ve been in the process or reorganising my bedroom so can’t get to my makeup drawers. I will do you a swatch as soon as I can get to it.
